My dear friend Alix Martin sent me a little gift a few months ago...with all the mystery surrounding a good present, i had NO idea what it was...other than that it was a computer program that i should install on my laptop. Trusting Alix and knowing she is the queen of technology, I knew it was gonna be good.
Well folks, i gotta tell you it was more than good, it was GREAT...What she sent me was a dream manifestation wizard. This neato little gizmo that you set up on your computer and load with affirmations or wishes and pictures and then it runs in the background of your computer--every so often, you hear a bell tone (i think its middle c--the ohhhmmmm tone--which really mellows you out) and then up on the screen comes your first manifestation creation...and it stays in your vision for 17 seconds...if you have more than one manifestation creation, it then comes up for 17 seconds...and you are supposed to look at the screen, and in joy, focus on the words and visuals...and then, they fade out.
Folks who have studied the law of attraction, and especially Abraham-hicks will understand the significance of 17 seconds...but since some folks here are new to the whole LOA thing, i will explain it. First, you get what you think about...yep, so, if you are thinking about something GOOD all the time and feeling good about it--well, you get more GOOD...if you are thinking about something bad all the time...guess what???? helloooo hell! :) Ofcourse, we all have fleeting moments of thought in our heads, flitting from this to that...but according to law of attraction "research" and Abrahams teachings, it takes 17 seconds for the Universe to coalesce its creative energy behind your thought...and the more 17 second intervals you put behind the thought, the more power and energy and vibration goes into your thought and bam...there it is!!! In fact, Abraham has said that if you can think of something keeping a pure intention for 68 seconds, keeping your vibration positive, its like 200 hours of hard action work towards manifesting that goal....sounds simple...but in 68 seconds your mind can flit all over the place...
With this wonderful tool, you are placed in a spot of soothing peace, by the tone...and then you view your own words of what you really truly want...and your own pictures if you so choose, and you can even record your own voice saying the words if you so choose...its very personal--not something that another being is telling you you should want...so, its your own...and when you focus on it with joy, great things happen...You can make as many manfiestation boards as you want and they will cycle in what ever time frame you want--i have mine set to go every hour, and i only have two boards going at once so that i welcome them as a break and dont feel them as an interuption...
The two boards i have running right now are: I love it when my body is aligned with perfect health and feeling wonderful...the second is I am happy,loved, abundant, peaceful, excited, healthy, energetic and sexy--i wicked rock! Both perfect for me and who i am...but you could do anything--ask the universe to help you with any aspect of your life, from loving yourself to creating vast wealth, all in a fun slick little computer program!
So, for someone wanting to focus more on positive affirmations, which we all know as WONDERFUL ways to train the brain to think in a more grateful state--and if you wish to really play with the whole 17 second process...this my friends is an amazing tool, well worth the price...
