different realities...who sees what?

From sea to shining see.......

let me set an analogy for you all, that may help explain how people can come upon this present moment in time and see completely different realities...it seems that its not possible, but it is OH so possible..

a lovely person sets out one day to stand by the sea...they wish to see what the sea is like, as they have never seen the sea, nor heard anything about it--they are seeing the sea for the first time and they have been see=less of the sea from this point into the past...

and so, this person stands at the edge of the sea--and from their perspective, tries to decide what the sea is like from what they can see....it is a lovely warm day, and there is little wind, and as they touch their toes into the water, and feel the little ripples of tide gently coming in and out--they proclaim--i can see and feel that the sea is a lovely place, it is gentle and warm and inviting...and so, they go away, after seeing the sea and knowing that the sea is good.

and another person, who has also been see-less of the sea comes to the sea to decide what the sea is all about...and from their limited perspective, they stand at the edge of the sea to see what they can see of the sea...but it is a cold and blustery day--and the waves CRASH and they are cold and the sand blows against their face...and thus, they see that the sea is a cold and powerful place, full of danger...and they go away thinking that...

and another see-less person, comes to the sea to see what he can see--but this person, does not come to the side of the sea to see--he comes in a boat...and from his more expanded perspective--he spends more time IN the sea, and ON the sea--and he can see that the sea is good...filled wiht creatures, with many moods, that it can be warm, and it can be cold, it can be gentle and it can be rough...and from that perspective of seeing that the sea can encompass all things--he decides that he will take his little boat out on the days that HE FEELS he will love the sea the most...and he chooses and thus, even though he knows that the sea can sometimes BE a certain way, it is a way he chooses not to SEE....his choice gives him what he wants...which is warm weather, and a gentle breeze...and that is the sea he SEES

challenges...to improve..or do we just change focus?

Raise your hand if you wanna raise your energy!

A dear friend told me about an Abraham challenge that is listed on YOUTUBE where you follow along and focus on certain things every day in order to "improve" your vibration or your life overall...she said she didnt like the idea of a "challenge" because it made her feel like someone was either judging her, or giving her a directive and that didnt feel right to her--so, she decided to make her next 100 days into days of awareness and not so much a challenge, and i love that--my other dear friend was focusing on finding JOY in may...you can find her great stuff at www.onthejoypath.com. Seems that a lot of people feel the need for a spring cleaning, or a rededication to the law of attraction principles and especially the teachings of abraham...

I love this...what i love is that each person can use the teachings of abraham to formulate the way that THEY want to grow, and vibe up the individual areas that are most important to them!

see? with abe its not==this has to change for you to be good--its WHAT do you want in your life that will bring you the most joy?

I will definitely be following along a similar path--I am a freedom seeking being too, and give me a calendar and a schedule and i say--noooooo wayyy! lol

so, i will check in with you all when my vibe feels like it~!

what i love to focus on daily is:

Seeing divine love all around me...in the people i meet, through my own vibration, through nature, the lovely beasts...divine love is permeating all we see, it is the true matrix...

Seeing divine abundance all around me...I am a beloved child of the universe--and i am stuck right in the center of potential....i can see, daily, through the driftwood that flows by me on my river, that anything i want can be mine, from a position of sincere gratitude and a longing for more...its such a joy.

Seeing divine wellbeing abound...in my self, in my family, in all the people i come into contact with...wellbeing is the way--every cell in my body is focused on it--and i see daily ways in which to let that soak into my body--what a joy!

Seeing divine joy all around me--in the choices i can make--its endless--and its so much fun--what to do in this very breath? in the next breath? we have SO much variety to choose from!

adventure after adventure, on and on to perfect health, wealth, joy....it never ends and its sooo delicious!

Mohegan Bluffs, Block Island--One of my most wicked rockin favorite places on earth!

Ah, what joy! another roadtrip over the terrific memorial day weekend to Block Island Rhode Island...also known as flip flop nation!

This amazing tiny island off the coast of long island and rhode island is just a gem, and i have been going there since i was a little kid, though we usually sailed out there...this past winter i was thinking about how GREAT it would be to go to block island again, as we hadnt been there in a few years...and bam, my pop called a few weeks ago and asked if we wanted to join them there for the long weekend! ofcourse!

So, focusing on where you love to be, enjoying the memory of it--feeling gratitude for it and then asking the universe to deliver it to you--well, thats how law of attraction works--simple as pie! Since we have focused our life on adventure, and travel, and roadtripping, and surprises, and have honed our skills over and over through repetition and appreciation, we know, deep in our hearts, that the universe will always provide us with new places to see, new adventures to explore together and more than enough money to do all the things we wish to do--and so, its VERY fun and important to the process to make lists of where you want to go, and what you want to do, and know that those experiences will be provided to you, along with the abundance to do them....also simple as pie--but remember, to increase your abundance, you need to continue to increase the number of places you wish to see, adventures you want to have...etc. etc...so much fun!!!

One man's meat is another man's poison....I like mine black!

Someone asked a question about aligning with law of attraction to remove habits from their lives that they thought were bad for them....That they should be able to use the law to create GOOD new habits and then move into a better place either physically, spiritually, financially, relationally, etc..

You know what is so interesting in all this?

the idea that we would be so judgemental about things that we are doing that we are choosing to reject what we are doing because we feel its bad, when actually, if it FEELS good and we are doing it--we can ALIGN with ANYTHING we choose to be good and nurturing for us if we so choose it!

think about that!!!!

there simply is no good or bad--there is only choice and if something aligns with you and makes you feel good, it can be good for you--its ONLY in the feeling BAD about something that we cause detriment to ourselves...self judgement, guilt, stress!

I aligned with coffee being good for me--even though i had read countless times that coffee was evil and i should remove it from my life--and i simply felt that that was NOT true for me--and so, i aligned with it being good for me--and ALL OF A SUDDEN i saw evidence that coffee was good for me...articles about its anti-0xidant properties, cancer preventatives, cognitive enhancers, metabolic boosters....

so, coffee is good for me--i enjoy it, i get pleasure out of it etc...

there is simply NOTHING on this planet that affects EVERYONE in the same way--there are no absolutes--and WE choose how we wish to align with the mixed messages out there...

as far as habit...well, if i am doing something--there must be a reason for it that is driving me, from my current physical perspective to do something--and so, i treat myself gently and with kindness and know that when i no longer need something, it will pass from my life as quickly as it came into it....the key is to be NEUTRAL to all actions we undertake that may have a lot of baggage out there related to it...and develop our own beliefs around it...

I have a dear soul sister friend who aligned with eating cheesecake as part of her weight releasing plan...and she did such a great job getting into a good feeling place around it that whenever she ate cheesecake she lost weight! Its all a matter of what you believe!!! I know folks who are in their 90's and smoke and drink and have a great social life and it doesnt affect them negatively--because they are aligned with it being OK!

So, treat yourself with kindness...know that when you align yourself with happiness and joy and love of self--you will always reap the positives of your "habits"....the comfort of them...the joy of them...for they are part of who you are...just as certainly as your haircolor...and yep, you can change that too if you want to, and it serves you, and you feel GOOD about it! :)

What puts a smile on your face?

i would wonder...what is the most important thing in your life...?

is it the things you THINK you want and when you get them you will be happy? and because you arent getting them in a timetable that YOU decide on, you are not happy and wondering HOW you attracted these things?

or is it being happy...from one minute to the next...in breathing...in how comfy this chair is--in how good this cup of coffee is? in how wonderful it feels to pet this cat--in how great it is to laugh, stretch, sleep, awaken to a new day?

If i could tell anyone what is the basis for my AMAZINGLY wonderful adventurous, joy filled charmed life it would be that MY direction--what works for ME related to manfiesting is being in the place where i am always grateful and happy--not because i GET stuff when i am in that place--that is only secondary--but because WOW...i am happy!!!! thats the most important thing!

and guess what? you can be happy with little more than the clothes on your back and a smile on your face! you can sit at someones deathbed and be happy--you can sit in a one room apartment and be happy...you can also sit in a 20 room mansion and be miserable...

it is ALL about the process--always has been always will be...if you focus on this BREATH making you happy, not because of what you MIGHT align with but because the BREATH is a joy--you will see a tremendous shift...

this is so key--and it takes many people a LONG time to get it=--this law of attraction is simply not about what you get out of it--its a law that states, you get what you focus on...and abraham, and many other teachers have said FIRST and foremost, follow your BLISS.....

are you doing that? are you SURE its your bliss? deep down in your heart???? or is it something your head thought up? FIND it...and when you do, you will see it has nothing to do with things, or accomplishments...it has everything to do with perspective and attitude!

And when you know that ALL YOU NEED TO BE HAPPY IS YOU...and all you need to be happy is the next thought...its so delicious!!!

Lets get together baby!

Someone recently asked whether it was an addiction to immerse yourself in the teachings of the law of attraction, reading books, listening to cds, going to workshops, going on cruises? Is it an addiction to want to be in that place of learning again and again--and when did I think it was enough to know in order to spread your wings and fly without further "dipping into the well of knowledge"...they were specifically talking about the abraham-hicks materials, but you could apply that to any positivity coach who was extremely charismatic and drew large crowds to listen to their words...this is what i said, and i thought you all would like to share it...


I think that something that no one has commented on is seriously missing from this conversation...

you have the knowledge--you have always had it--

this whole abe thing isnt specifically about finding knowledge so you can live a better life...

this whole abe thing--i mean, communicating with other abers--going on cruises, and to workshops is about BEING IN THE ENERGY that is source--being in community with other members of your soul group...feeling the vibration of hundreds of like minded souls is intoxicating...and so, you go again--and you love that feeling--and you come here and you feel that feeling and you want more of it--its EASIER for you to raise your vibration when you are in contact with like vibrations because--now get this--and this is what we would have you take away from this--like attracts like! :)

and so it is in the world--but especially on the leading edge--you are a coalescence of pure positive energy--and when you come together in a group--quantum shifts can occur comfortably because others in your soul group are raising the roof on the vibration...

why do you think jesus was able to create miracles when he was preaching to huge groups? because his vibration was raising others who were on the boarderline--and others were raising others and all of a sudden that vortex that creates worlds opens up and BAM...ANYTHING is possible...

same with an abe meeting--same with an abe cruise--think of all the special events, like the whales coming to the boat on the alaska cruise, that occur on these trips...think about the huge shifts in consciousness that happen for folks attending that have been STUCK at one spot and the log jam was broken and they were able to then soar in life...

THATS what you are seeking--not knowledge--knowledge is a dry thing--and facts are only true for each individual person--you are seeking the energy--and so, even though YOU are pure positive energy--grouping together with other like souls of high energy is the closest thing you will feel ON THIS plane to being in the non-physical...

and that my friends is EXTREMELY delicious!

We are all divine...no matter what!

Someone recently asked if from abrahams perspective, there are bad souls, broken souls that need fixing based on the lives they lead. The quickest and simplest answer to that question is no...absolutely not...each piece of source expressed through a soul is divinity--created by and through divinity and thus completely perfect in its own right.

this is one of the hardest concepts for people to grasp, and part of that has to do with our limited human perspective--but when you look at a soul-a piece of source energy, it is always and ONLY pure positive energy with a DISTINCT perspective...

ALL is well--all is in alignment with universal laws, you cant get it wrong and you cant get it done...

that said--YOU if from your limited perspective look on what another soul is accomplishing and lay judgement on it--you may see things as good or bad--but source sees ONLY and always CHOICE and discernment...

what is right for you, may be completely wrong for another soul...you may eat meat, another may find that abhorent--you may enjoy watching boxing, someone else finds that abhorent--you may believe in abraham, someone else may see that as blasphemous--all examples of the HUMAN dicotomy between good and evil--and abraham will say OVER AND OVER that there simply is no dicotomy--its ALL GOOD and we have that complete and total freedom to experienced ANYTHING and everything we choose...

and since we live so many lives--and wish to experience so many different scenarios--yep, there will be times when YOUR SOUL will incarnate JOYFULLy to experience the contrast of a lifetime that you would find distasteful from your current position of discernment and perspective...not just one time, probably hundreds of time--we have all been men, women, bisexual, lesbian, gay, heterosexual, rich, poor, homeless, royalty, animal, vegetable, mineral, in joy, in pain, tortured, murdered, murderer, abuser, caregiver...and from each and every lifetime, your soul experiences something new--and expands because each lifetime creates new wanting and new expansion for the generations that come after...its actually quite interesting how the suffering of one lifetime can create an ease in conditions in the next for new beings experiencing life...you may reap the benefits of your wanting in this lifetime--happens all the time--or you may create something strongly in the vibrational escrow of the entire world, and your progeny experience the benefits...

but to answer your question simply--no, there are no bad souls, there are no broken souls, and i will go so far as to posit that there is no evil--simply disconnection from source...we each choose and every single choice is blessed--it does make life easier though if you look at others with the unconditionally loving and non-judgemental eyes of source...

To help people at all times...

Just got back from a girl scout event...I run two troops, and this time, both of them were working together to create a lovely "sleep over" party for other kids...

first off, they were making blankets for other kids who were undergoing cancer treatment. They were so proud of themselves for helping other kids--when their parents came to pick them up EVERY girl had to show their mom or dad what they had made and they all, in their own words explained to their parents what the blanket was for. This is so wonderful to see kids understanding how their actions affect others.

Secondly, we had karaoke, and the kids who didnt want to get up and participate didnt--but eventually when they saw all the other girls kicking back and having fun, they put their "reservations" aside and just had fun--so wonderful to see kids understanding that FUN is way more important than how you LOOk in any situation..;

what touched me the most though was seeing the older kids helping the very young ones....either helping them make their blankets, or singing or holding their hands as they went to go to the bathroom...these kids are compassionate, understanding and helpful--oh, what joy that is...

I have stayed home with my girls since they were little--and i am blessed to have the abundance to do that--but i have also extended myself beyond the boundaries of my family in order to be of service to girls of all ages in the scouting environment--tonight--i saw the benefit of my work, and it touched me deeply...

Ego is delicious!

A lot of people have asked me if I have read the latest and greatest sprituality book out there that is being promoted by a very prominent television personality...i wont say the book or the personality because i honor everyone and their path, but the thing that keeps coming up in our conversations related to this book is its continuing statement that EGO is a bad thing and that we need to control this deep dark insidious side of ourselves...i have tried to let this statement go, because it is not my truth...i also have tried to let go the idea that anyone needs my approval or disapproval about a specific belief, or they want to 'indoctrinate' me regarding what they feel is right...this is what i have come up with in my "feeling" on this subject...

I want to make T-shirts that state....I love my ego! hehehe....

for a long time i have banged up against my complete disbelief that anything GOD created within us could be BAD and we should shun it...

I mean, for generations, our lovely sexual parts and desires were DEMONIFIED when in fact they were CREATED DIVINELY to perpetuate the species...

then, we were supposed to think MONEY as evil--but it was CREATED to share abundance....

then we were supposed to hate the ego and control it, when it was created divinely to inspire desire from an individual perspective so that WE could experience life here on this physical plane...

but...after much debate...after many different teachers i realized that everyone CAN AND SHOULD have their own point of view on this subject and if they choose to define, categorize and look at the ego in a way that is different from MY way, that is just fine...

because they have their OWN unique physical perspective on life--their own reality, their own perspective on the universe...ofcourse most of this is determined by their relationship to ego...but, we wont go into that point....

(my sneaky ego, making a joke...)

I for one, embrace, love, cherish, see as divine my ego....and from what i have read and heard from abraham--they pretty much feel the same way--but allow that others can be anywhere they want on the subject...cause its all about choice.

p.s. another thought...there are different teachers who speak to different souls...there is nothing in this wide universe that says EACH and every spiritual teaching that resonates with you will be in agreement...i like some of the buddist teachings, love the abe teachings, still believe in some of the catholic teachings...i would say that i am a aberhamstercatholicbuddistgoddessworshippingpaagan and mean every word of it--i am eclectic, take what i love and leave the rest...and isnt that the way of it in the world? we as followers of abraham have been taught to FEEL how something feels to us and then choose joy....it is quite possible to choose joy and hold differing opinions on a subject...the universe can and will bend over backwards to deliver to you JUST THAT~!~! its when we try and find absolutes, where there simply ARE NONE...and say--this is the CORRECT WAY to look at this always--that we dim the light of the universe...there are many ways....and all are correct for certain souls...how cool is that???

Gettin down and dirty...How AWESOME is that?

I just came in from digging in my garden...since i was a wee little lass i have loved to get my hands into the warm dirt of spring...to feel it crumble, moist between my fingers, full of live things...full of dead things...smelling of leaf mold and deep dark places...soil is synonymous with dirt and dirty--and to me it so far from that--it is potential--like money--it is full of energy, and nurturing and life soon to come and life long gone...

Soil--when i put my hands in it, i connect with the primal mother GAIA, the goddess of the earth--who IS the earth, and we share her body--gaia delivers to us all the physical manifestations of our body--through the elements, organic chemicals, ethers--what thought concieves in the way of life, Gaia provides for us...ask and receive...

What is so wonderful also about soil--is its eternalness...it is a substance in itself, but not made by itself--it takes in the left overs of millions of plants and animals long gone--it takes in the dust of rocks that were once mighty mountains, the clay from deep in the moist banks of the sea, sea minerals, metal ores, ancient water from hidden aquifers...it takes it all, and layers the earth--and says...grow here...come and be warm here, come and sprout strong roots, and grow ot the light...come and make your beauty known, out of my deep dank lovely depths...come and open to the world...and enhance it...where ever there is soil and water...drop in a seed and it will grow...no matter what else is around...no matter what anyone says--on the sides of a highway--in abandoned back lots--in a prison yard...soil has its own agenda...its own destiny--it says...grow, live, feed...i am here...lowly to some, but one of the most powerful things on earth...

Why wouldnt you LOVE to get your hands into that soil--that mother of all life on earth--that mother of all nourishment here on earth, that final resting place of all that have died on earth--that keeper of the seeds and home of the worms...the energy of it--the promise--is so intoxicating!!!

Here's to soil--I love ya! You wicked ROCK!

We are beloved children of the universe and deserve everthing our hearts desire--just like this lovely little tropical cottage!

I love what abraham says about money and abundance and potential--that folks go around WANTING money for the sake of money--but that money is actually potential for ACTION or material creation in one's life and unless you have an IDEA of how to spend those vasts amount of money, that money really wont want to come to you--well, it will COME to you to the level that you allow it and to the level that YOU believe you deserve it...

and i have found that to be the case in my life--i used to work hard, and get paid a decent wage--and i used to pray to the universe that we would always make ends meet--and guess what? we did--and i was grateful for that...

and then, me and my poppi decided that we were going to get rid of the apartment in our home and make it a one family--and we also decided that i was going to stay home and raise our daughter soon to be plural--and so we took a 2/3 cut in earnings in one year...and we knew we would get by--we prayed to the universe that we would make ends meet--and we did--and we were grateful and it was good...

But then, i started to change that prayer--and that prayer became, that we would always have enough money to do all the things we wanted to do--and by golly--we did--and then we started increasing the things we wanted to do--and by golly we still had enough money!

And then i changed my prayer to be that we would always have MORE than enough money to do all the wonderful magical adventurous things we wanted to do--and guess what????

So...now i am expanding my idea of what i would do with vasts amount of abundance--what i would do with financial freedom on a luxury level...poppi and i just went out to lunch and here are some of the things we would do with our abundance that is already IN our vibrational escrow--and the universe is preparing to deliver it to us immediately when we come into alignment with feeling worthy of it and knowing where to use that potential...

so here are some fun things..that we ARE doing with our abundance...

Thank you for the land in new hampshire where we keep our own sugarbush to make organic maple syrup--its wide and vast and serves as a nature preserve as well as a place to maintain traditional methods of sugaring and keep lovely new england ways alive...We thank you for the connected organic educational farm as well....where people can come and learn about the land and sample traditional food stuffs, and kids can play with farm animals and ride horses that have been rescued and adopted to live in this lovely rural setting...

Thank you for the trip across the US to all the American League ball parks to see our favorite Red Sox play...thank you for the bus load of friends who will join us and enjoy our passion for baseball...thank you for batting practice at fenway, and the lovely 3 bedroom penthouse apartment where we stay when we come to boston to use our season tickets...

Thank you for the warehouse where we store our classic cars...especially for the 57 chevy nomad that i have dreamed about for so long--its such a beauty with teal paint and pearl inlays and lovely custom leather upholstery! i just have so much fun driving it!

Thank you for the contractor/architect/interior designer who completely remodeled and refurnished our current home which we will be staying in for the next 6 years until chri graduates from high school--we love this house and we love this neighborhood--so with the new amenities, like master suite with jaccuzzi tub, indoor lap pool, sauna, yoga studio, green house, whirl pool, gym and media center--its a perfect home base--thank you as well for our lovely housekeeper who keeps things running smoothly and loves to take care of our pets when we go on extended trips...

Thank you for first class travel all over the world to see greece, italy, england, franch, china, tahiti, spain, morrocco, monaco, brazil, portugal, japan, australia to visit my sister, figi, bora bora, thiland just to start...we will also greatly enjoy cruising the meditteranean, the entire caribbean, scuba diving in hawaii and touring alaska....Thank you for the giant world map with the big red stickys that we have placed on all the wonderful places we have visited!

thank you for first class travel within the united states to see all the sights and especially for hiking in all the national parks, like yellow stone, the grand canyon, bryce canyon, mount rushmore....acadia, croatan....we love the listings of the national parks and enjoy crossing them off one by one as we visit them and take tons of lovely pictures on our state of the art digital camera and video...

Thank you for allowing us to have fun with random acts of kindness--we especailly love to go to our favorite restaurants and theaters and tell the owners that we will pay for everyones meal or show all day long as long as they dont tell them ahead of time--we enjoy greatly the thrill people get when they are suprised! We love to give people surprises and we will continue to create bigger and bigger suprises for bigger and bigger joy!

We thank you for allowing us to support our favorite rock bands with VIP luxury travel for their touring--we have so enjoyed sharing music and time with them, and we will greatly enjoy giving back to them so they can enjoy their road experience more...

Oh joy, oh rapture, of adventure, oh charmed life--wonderful things happen to us--there simply is no limit to the fun we can have--and the abundance we create by giving the universe a reason to bestow its potential on us! :) it WICKED ROCKS!

Eternal mother of the universe--conduit of all physical children--we thank you

ON this mothers day, I sat in bed with a big plate of home made french toast that my kids made for me, reading home made cards and loving my new red sox jersey that my family got me for mothers day...and i feel so blessed and thankful for my life--my family team--my soul group--for being a mother, and for all the mothers i have had through eternity...for as an eternal being that has manifested many times, i have come into vibrational alignment with many women--with many souls who have agreed to be the vessel for my physical manifestation...

how wonderful is that???? I got to choose! They got to choose! the agreement was made in the non-physical again and again--and souls shared a journey here on earth!

For me, being a mother, and an artist, it was such a joy to look at the physical creation of my girls as the ultimate act of creativity--the sacral chakra is indeed a creative and emotional center--and the uterus and ovaries are right there in the center of it--soaking up all that creative energy and emotional passion...I also find it interesting to see how, in microcosm--the ovary is its own creative universe...energy is focused, potential is gathered, physical matter is created, and if all the requirements are met, that tiny physical speck of matter expands its potential to be the vessel for a soul! wow....and it happens again and again and again and again-all over the world, every day, every year, a new mother and a new child makes a soul agreement and a new point of physical perspective is created for the universe!

whooo hooo---WE are god--we are--we are the conduit through which spiritual matter is incarnated here on earth...we are the ultimate creators of the physical beings who inhabit this plane of consciousness! we are powerful, and gentle, strong, and loving, nurturing and creative, supporting and passionate...

We read stories
we create stories
we tuck kids into bed
we wipe snotty noses
we share joy and excitement
we calm fears
we teach by example
we pass on tradition
we share history
we wrap our arms around the world
we raise and watch grow
we nurture and tend
and then, we let go....and let fly....and watch life again manifest--away from us...as it should be...

here is to the blessing of mother hood...to all mothers out there--we have all been born from woman--not one of us is here who hasnt come out of a womb...some of us have shared life with our mothers, some have not--some have experienced great love and kindness from our mothers, some have experienced great contrast from our mothers--but we have ALL been born of a mother--and that mother in the physical agreed from the non-physical to give us what we desired--which was LIFE....and love so profound that they would give us the hard knocks we asked for...we expected and we desired, in order to become the expanded spiritual beings we are striving to become...

Like everyone, I have had some ups and downs with my mom...and through the study of law of attraction, and soul clusters, and abraham-hicks--i have come to realize that any contrast i experience with her is a blessing...it has helped me decide what it is I want to be like--what it is i want in my life experience etc...but i didnt always feel that way--knowing that her inner being created contrast for me lovingly based on things I wanted to experience before i joyfully incarnated here has been a great source or comfort and relief around the subject...

how to talk about things and not add energy to them...

Having a heart-to-heart doesnt mean you will get more of what you dont want...

Someone was asking me about discussing past issues, or current challenges in light of what the Law of Attraction folks say about getting what you talk about--if you dont want to add energy to a subject so as not to attract more of it-do you just ignore it? cover it up? hide from it? how do you discuss it without it coming back to bite you in the butt?

one of the most valuable pieces of information regarding the universe is this...

if YOU decide on a process that feels good to YOU--and you get in alignment with that....then the universe will bend over backwards to make that so for you...you literally CREATE your own TRUTH...

That said--i have with a dear soul sister friend of mine developed a process that really works so you CAN discuss anything that is in your current now--or anything that was in your past that you feel reflects on your current now, without ADDING energy to that thing...

If you have ever seen or heard about how they do open heart surgery--they use a blood recirculator--this system takes all the blood out of the body and recycles it through the brain and body, thus nurturing the body, but it bypasses the main pumping muscles of the heart, so they can operate on it without the person losing all their blood...when i talk to certain people about things i am currently experiencing, i use a similar system like this--its a spiritual energy recirculator and it works like this...

If i feel the need to "open the valve to let off steam" i get into a mental place where i say--i am disconnecting my main power from the universe and i am going to recirculate...

I can then, VENT, RANT, BITCH, MOAN, feel sad, discuss, whatever, knowing full well that what i am talking about in that brief time is not affecting my overall vibration--and that energy is not going out to the universe...this place is also the VAULT...what goes in, does not go out--and we trade time talking about what we need to talk about, but whatever we hear is put in the vault and doesnt come out again--it isnt even thought about, or worried about, or dwelt on by the other partner--because you cant love and worry at the same time--its completely opposite vibrations

At the end of the discussion period, i always find a better feeling place on the matter--and then i honor the contrast, or the situation, that created in me a huge rocket of desire that set off a creative vortex to make my life even better--i do not leave that space of recirculation until i find even a little bit better feeling place and a little bit of hope...I then "mentally and spiritually reconnect with my main power source" and i thank my "witness" the person working with me on the issue for the blessing of having them sit and observe in a non-judgemental and unconditionally loving way...

i have created this mental process for myself--aligned with it--felt good about it, used it to great success and so--it IS....

others feel fear about discussing what is because they will draw more of that to them--and i can understand that--if i were talking about these issues constantly and trying to get sympathy for them, or have someone else give me solutions to them, then i would definitely be drawing them to me...

but to voice what is--release any pent up energy around it, so your cork is floating nicely downstream and then find a better feeling place--that is a wonderful thing...because, as a life long sailor--i KNOW full well that if you are running with the wind it takes a lot to turn that boat around and tack in another direction--especially if the current is strong...

giving up finally...and the universe delivers!

Finally understanding what it means to release something to the universe....

For many years I had heard from religious friends--to LET GO and LET GOD...a friend of mine even gave me a little funny saying frame that said--give your troubles to god before you go to bed, he will be up all night anyway...

and i kind of let it in and mulled it over and struggled with the idea that i wanted to BE dependant on myself and not some outside source of inspiration--i knew i had my own spirit and my own guidance and my own piece of the universe inside of me and i didnt need to give anything over to something ELSE to make things work--i ONLY had to know that it was possible--i ONLY had to get into a good feeling place about it and all would be well...

well....

Up comes the whole idea of blogger not posting to custom domains--and this wasnt just affecting ME, but it was affecting hundreds of thousands of long time users all over the globe...and there was a lot of negative energy focused on it...

At first, i waited--and then i decided to put up this sister site so i could keep up to date on posts--and it felt ok to redirect readers to this site, but i didnt feel right putting it up onto an rss feed or anything other than asking readers to come here through a shoutbox link--which was amazing that i could even do that...

Finally...after 2 months, i realized that i need to change things--and completely let it go and decided to take down the original site and redirect to the sister sight--technical terms aside--i was giving up and letting go and moving on...

so, i got on the phone with my lovely soul sister who is blessed with technical knowledge and we started to take the original site down...she completely deleted it...and then when we refreshed--all my test posts from months of trying popped up! the sight--which we had LET GO...was there! and now i can post to it again with full capacity!!!!

Amazing.....complete release of wanting--complete release of any outcome related to what i had wanted to occur--in the face of thousands of folks negative feelings about a situation...I just said--who cares--lets do something else--felt GOOD about that...new it would be ok--and BAM...I got what i wanted originally! I finally understand what others meant by let go and let god...when i released all expectations of something happening in the face of others MASS negative consciousness around a subject and looked for something better...the universe allowed into my experience what i wanted in the first place because i was NO longer blocking it by looking at what the nay sayers were thinking or saying--i completely removed my gaze from the situation, and it righted itself--how cool is that...?

So...i will continue to post threads on both the orginal site--www.rocknrollgoddessspeaks.com where people can subscribe to my rss feed and get the site content updates delivered directly to their computer and the light weight sister sight http:/rocknrollgoddessspeaks.blogspot.com for those who have come into my rockin roadtrip blogosphere through that link.

The tree of life...

I thought that i should never see, a thing as lovely as a tree....

Someone asked recently about soul clusters...and was confused because Abraham-hicks states that we are all one and all part of the same source...and so, ofcourse does EVERY single major religion...its in the differentiation that we feel from individual physical perspective that we feel separate...but we do have "closer" relations within the overall scheme of things and these are the soul bits and pieces that we continue to interact with over multiple lives...

the way its been explained to me from source is this...

There is the tree of life (source) that is all that is--that takes in energy from the sun and creates nutrients for its physical being (creation, manifestation, law of attraction, expansion) and takes in water and minerals from its roots (creation of phyiscal substance from thought forms and energy)....and so, all that is is a living, breathing, expanding creating being...ALL ONE...

but this tree has roots--and it has a trunk--and it has branches, and it has twigs and then it has leaves, flowers, and fruit...

and WE as individual physical manifestations of source are the leaves--tiny individuated powerhouses of creative source, that are completely self sufficient in being able to take energy and nutrients and create MORE...IFFFFFFF we remain connected to source....

And...as a leaf, you have a leaf neighbor...and you have a soul cluster within that branch of your tree...and you can grow together, experiencing great expansion if you join energetic forces...

while the branch on the opposite side of the tree is experiencing different light, different wind, different humidity...etc AKA a different DESIRE for life expansion--those on your side of the tree will generally be focused in a similar direction=--they will have chose, as jody said--a loose decision to help each other experience the contrast they so desired so they could see this individual life from a pre-chosen perspective...for expansion, knowledge and indeed joy...

and at the end of the season (life in the physical) the leaves turn miraculous colors (return to pure positive energy) and shed their dead dry leaves (physical bodies) which are then recycled by the earth to create compost and soil that again FEEDS the tree of life (nothing is wasted, energy comes into form, through form and out of form)...the potential for new life remains inside the tree (universe, source, all that is) and when the right climactic and light situations occur (desire for coming into the physical again for creation)...new leaves grow...tiny buds flower with GREAT joy and feed the bees, and the birds and bless the world with fresh air and begin the cycle of creation again...

So, bless the tree...the flower, the plant--all physical representatives of this wonderful universe within which we live and breath and have our being...and know that you are indeed a member of a soul branch that shares much...and creates much for the entire universe...

Surprises make ya jump for joy!!!

Hello fellow roadtrippers...just got back from boston and i wanted to share with you the deliciousness of something my poppi and i love to do--that is surprise our children...it is one of the most delicious things to do--because you have all that fun planning the surprise, you have all that lovely anticipation of the surprise going off as expected-and then you have this HUGE wellspring of happy energy to bask in when the surprise comes off--and then finally the love and gratitude of the person(s) you are surprising...

So...We went to a lovely birthday luncheon for my mother in law--who absolutely LOVED that surprise--(as you can see, the children were focused on surprises already--as they were excited to be a part of their granny's surprise...) but they thought we were driving home that same night--

my poppi and i had other plans--we secured a hotel room in boston and tickets to a red sox game--something the kids love--we have surprised them twice before with tickets, one time being a double surprise where they THOUGHT they were surprising their dad with something, only to find out he was IN on the trick and surprised them with something totally different...but as i said, we had surprised them twice before along the same lines and you would think they would get smart to it and call us on it...

but they dont--and i think thats because they are in alignment with and LOVE and attract these surprises and they want to be AS surprised as we want them to be...

so, it was funny because we DONT go through boston to get home from this trip--but this time we obviously had to, and they didnt notice the situation until we were almost to the exit for fenway park...they had been watching a movie--they questioned the situation then, and poppi said he had taken a wrong turn and could get on the mass pike from local roads--as we passed fenway, with all the crowds of people decked out in red sox garb happily walking to the game, the kids begged, "can we go to the game please!!!" and we said--no, we dont have tickets (you CANT get tickets day of game without knowing the tricks and waiting on line for 4 hours...so, they knew we couldnt go)...they even said--"we are being punished for something!" and literally had tears in their eyes as we passed by the park...

now, with that emotion coming up--we were tempted to tell them then...but decided no--lets play it all the way out--and continued to talk about finding the entrance to the highway--and how we could get tickets another time, but really needed to be HOME tonight...we then turned into the hilton and unwound the window as the bell captain asked us if we were checking in...pete smiled and said yes--and i turned to the girls and said--SURPRISE!!!

they held it in all the way to the room--but as the bellboy closed the door, they let out a huge WHOOOOOOOOOOP and grabbed us both and jumped up and down literally for JOY...and the energy felt so amazing!!!

needless to say, we had a wonderful time--they won the game and everyone was happy as a clam...and so, you see on our life roadtrip we attract adventure, abundance, love, harmony, health and as many surprises as we can get! :)

and it WICKED ROCKS!

off we go to celebrate!

Happy Birthday Gramma C!!!!

Just a quick entry today cause we are out the door again...this time up to new hampshire to celebrate the 80'th birthday of my poppis mother...and what a wonderful woman she is--free spirit, full of positive energy and love...she has gone through tremendous contrast in her life--divorce, losing a child, having 7 kids, losing her husband, but through all that contrast, she has expanded, continued to be curious about life--continued to learn--continued to travel all over the world--

I would say that my mother in law is the first person i ever met who was thankful every day for her wonderful family--warts and all--for the life that she had--even if she had tough times, she knew that things could get worse, or better--depending on her attitude...

so, here is to my wonderful mother in law-who gave birth to my wonderful poppi--who is my soulmate and the last of her 7 children...and i honor the ancestors who brought her into the world because without her, he wouldnt be...nor our lovely children...

the universe draws to us those who we are supposed to spend time with--i love that those drawn into my sphere are so much fun to be around! :)

When you write down what it is you love about someone or something, the other stuff seems silly


The cool thing about the Abraham-Hicks work is that they list a number of different processes that will help bring you into vibrational alignment with what you really want in this life...and thats sooo cool! One issue that a lot of folks have trouble with is the idea that someone else needs to change in order for you to be happy...and then that is coupled with the idea that YOU can change them...

not only cant you change them--you shouldnt....the law of attraction states the like attracts like--and if you are always focusing on what you dont LIKE about someone you are only going to get more of that...you CANT create in anothers experience..sure, you can force your will with loads of action in a certain direction, but it simply will not stick--and that person will then do and say things to please you in front of you and go behind your back to be who they really are--we are here to learn how to love unconditionally...and that means, accepting people for who they are--

That said--what I have issues with in my life is that i am an Empath...and that means i can feel what people are feeling about themselves--i can also feel what their inner being knows to be true about them--and the difference between those two points can be dramatic and often saddening for me...I can see who they really are--and rush to try and make them see who they are...and that is not only frustrating for me--it can be very intrusive for the other person and make them feel vulnerable or defensive...if they were on the path to see their true selves--they will see their true selves when they are good and ready!!!

That said (i said that again!!! lol) I am choosing more and more to ask my inner being to speak to the inner beings of those around me, to help them see themselves in their highest and best light--to see who they really are....as I see them...as source sees them...as they REALLY ARE...

it is like the truth that stands as a column in the center of your path....calling to you--this is the TRUTH...and as you walk your path towards that truth--you can turn towards, it, you can side step it, you can turn away from it--heck, you can even jump over it...

but what feels best????????????? what brings the most joy????

i have found, over the years...that within society, to admit that you love yourself is looked on in a very negative way--its almost as if you are "full of yourself" and first off==what is wrong with that? what is wrong with being pleased with who you are? what is wrong with loving yourself and treating yourself with respect and giving yourself all the things you want and desire? nothing....

but we have been trained by society, by family, by religious sects to be humble--not to blow our own horns...to know that deep down inside we are failures, sinners, weaklings, not good enough...and definitely not deserved, in our natural state of the pure love of GOD/Universe/All that is...

and so, we incarnate into this world KNOWING that we are loved beyond measure--knowing that we are beloved children of the universe and we deserve to have each and every desire we choose to be met....but we also choose from the non-physical perspective to "forget who we really are" and thus, we forget that the universe inherently loves us...

and so, part of our path...if that is what we choose--is to figure that out all over again...and for some--reading the words, that the universe doth love us brings blessed relief, but for others it brings a DEEP sense of discomfort....a deep sense of this is not so for ME....

But the more you look upon the column of love in the center of your path--the more you strip away the false beliefs, the false impressions, the false sense of self that has been created for you on the physical plane--and the more your true sense of self will come through--and the sweeter and sweeter those words will become for you...

until, you can here them--I LOVE YOU--you are a magnificent creation! You are a joy to behold, you are a marvelous, blessed, beautiful, wicked rocking child of the universe and i will shower on thee great things--your hearts desire--anything you choose simply because you are marvelous and i love you, i love you, i love you....

and you will bubble with excitement, anticipation and joy because you know this to be TRUE....

One of the lovely sea creatures that i saw snorkeling in mexico that i had never seen before!

Hello fellow roadtrippers! Just got back from an amazing trip to mexico, and i thought i would share with you the wonderful manifestations we had while playing with the universe in mexico...Some times, when you are completely relaxed and at ease, and you know you have no "action journey" in mind, but can just play, things come to you at an amazing rate...

When going down to our place in mexico, I intended for easier internet access, just in case i wanted to check into the "real world"...as the last time i was there, it was spotty at best...this time, we had wi-fi! and it was great to sit by the pool with our lovely laptop and check our mail with ease!

My daughter desired to go parasailing while we were in mexico--and at first i had some resistance to that--but then before we left, i lined up with it--and two folks who i dearly admire told me that they had gone on a tandem parasail and loved it--i then lined up with finding a tandem parasailing outfit that was close to our place in cancun so we wouldnt have to travel to go and do it--upon investigating, we found a lovely outfit just across the strip from us on the beach at a lovely hotel, with a great beach...so, off we went...my younger daughter wasnt sure she would go, but after watching her sister and dad have so much fun, up we went...

before going up, i intended to see some sea creatures from the sky....and the universe didnt disappoint me--we saw two giant manta rays swimming languidly through the clear turquoise water...leaving a trail of sand cloud behind them--we were both filled with such joy--we even let go of the railings and pretended to fly through the sky--it was such an amazing feeling of elation...when we landed, we spent a lovely hour in the beautiful warm water while pelicans weaved and dove for fish around us...

We had great fun attracting and feeding fish and iguanas at our compound...years ago, there were only two iguanas on the property, but this year there were atleast 10...and we were able to feed them this time with hibiscus flowers and bananas...our old fish friends also came to the dock each night to eat bananas and fried potatoes...it was such fun to see them all again...

I had heard that there were crocodiles living in the lagoon by the dock, but in all the years i have been visiting, i had never seen one--my daughters and i set an intention to see one this year...and sure enough, on our last day there, we saw a young female nestled against the seawall, taking the sun...it was amazing to see such a powerful wild creature up close!

I love the earth, I got a huge positive sign this past week in mexico that the earth is indeed flourishing--i have been scuba diving for over 26 years...this time, i only snorkeled, but i saw sea creatures that i havent EVER seen, and others that have been depleted over the years and are now in abundance and bigger than ever...above the ground, there is still evidence of hurricane damage, but the trees and plants are growing again and will cover over any damage left....

when you look for signs that the earth is healthy, you will find them--it is law...just as you attract what you think about....we had fun playing with nature and the universe this past week! Its one of the reasons we love to roadtrip through this lovely plane....its just so much fun!!! :)
