Your solar plexus chakra...the center of your intuition and personal power~

More on intuition--i found this in my perusing some of my older writings....

Someone asked me if that little voice that spoke through their heart was indeed their inner spirit, or was the voice that spoke inside their head their inner spirit....one spoke not so often, but usually with love--the other spoke all the time, but usually with doubt or fear or criticism...here is my answer...

To answer your question about the little voice...it was indeed your Inner Spirit speaking to you through your intuition--it was your INITIAL response to the situation--the intuition works through the solar plexus chakra at the center of your being, about a hand width below the sternum--and thats where you feel either the butter flies or the sick to your stomach feeling when you think about a situation...

Our solar plexus's are amazing early response energy readers--not only are they reading the energy of each and every moment we are in--but they are reading and translating as the VIBRATIONS of a manifestation that we have desired are coming into sync with our reality....they KNOW before we do what is going to happen and they speak to us daily--

Always go with your gut--period...i have NEVER known a situation where i heard my GUT speak and it wasnt the right choice--if you listen to the voice in your head spreading Doubt, you are never listening to your Inner Spirit...

and i would also posit that our Inner Spirit never tells us NOT to do something--our Inner Spirits are not about fear, or doubt, or pulling away from something--instead of telling US not to do something--our Inner Spirits are always telling us how to GO towards well being for ourselves along our path...

if something is TELLING you not to do it--its GENERALLY our old negative loop talking to us--our old fear based habits...that voice that speaks with the desires of society, your parents, your emotional and behavioral molders...and the reason it feels so very bad is because it is NOT your truth~!

so, go with the flow down to well being on the whisper of your intuition and know that when you align with your decision-the universe will turn itself into a pretzel to make sure your desires are answered! And that wicked ROCKS!
